Somebody asked me to create and run MailChimp newsletter and I loved it.

So I started to email design email copywriting and it has spoiled from there.

So flick email, work with e-commerce businesses, mainly female founded e-commerce businesses.

And how vital do you think it's been in you not just growing your audience because I think we talk too much about the size of audiences.

It's more about the authenticity because we've grown high performance to a podcast where millions of people a month are listening to it.

But it's hard, man, because we've got like five people working across it and you feel a real responsibility.

I'm sure you felt exactly the same. When it comes to things like the messages that come into us,

they're from people who have been really deeply impacted by high performance.

And if they spend the time in the energy and the love and the care to reach out and actually open their hearts sometimes to the impact of high performance,

that can't be something that our team miss. But then with four or five people working on the team,
