1:05.6	You live at the surface, live a little bit deeper,
1:09.8	but you can live very, very deep.
1:12.2	It's all real,
1:14.0	but it makes a big difference
1:15.6	in the quality of your life.
1:18.1	So, for example,
1:19.7	let's take one word.
1:22.1	It says, that's a very spiritual word,
1:23.7	because unless you work with it,
1:25.1	you're not going anywhere.
1:26.6	And that's fear.
1:28.3	In general, you will find out the deeper you go,
1:32.4	people are living their life out of fear.
1:34.9	Almost everybody, except for a very highly evolved being,
1:38.8	is living out of fear.
1:40.3	It doesn't seem like it.
1:42.6	It seems like I'm living out of desire.
1:45.9	I'm living out of what I want, what I don't want, living out of getting what I want and avoiding what I don't want.
