How many times do we see these guys, people come into the program, and the next thing they're

no, like they're two months sober.

And now you talk to them, what are they doing?

Oh, I'm going to the gym every day.

I'm working out.

Like, that's all part of that pink cloud.

Yes.

And that's one of the other reasons why I say, and my advice is put your efforts into your sobriety, your physical, your health, all of that

is important. But put your effort into your sobriety early on. And then all that other stuff will come

to you. You'll have plenty of time for that. You have plenty of time for going to the gym. But most of

us come in with a lot of stuff to clean up. And we have

some things to clean up and we got to spend some time cleaning up our messes. And then we can,

then we can look forward and go, okay, now I have some time. Maybe I can do this. At least

that's the way it worked for me.

Steve, you get sober and then you got to do some work.

So I remember getting sober back in the day and you had that pink cloud and you felt like you could take on the universe and then it goes away after a while.
