When I was diagnosed and I was talking to my psychiatrist, he was like, did you ever do stimulants, like cocaine or whatever, and feel normal?

And I was like, yeah. And he's like, oh yeah, it makes sense kind of thing.

And he explained about alcohol how it kind of calms you down, right?

So that nervous energy, that's uncomfortable feeling that you consistently have with some of the ADHD.

Drinking alcohol kind of gives you that, like it slows it all down and makes you feel comfortable.
