here today. In today's episode, I actually have my producer Natalie interviewing me. I'm going to be

talking all things, burning things down to the ground when you are feeling out of alignment,

when you're feeling frustrated in your business, when you're're feeling like is it self-sabotage

am I meant to do this anymore do I do a pivot how do I navigate that I'm also going to be sharing a

personal story with you on when I went through a very frustrating time of knowing I was out of

alignment and how it turned into a complete new rebrand so I'm going to take you you behind the scenes. Let's go. I've known you for like three years. Which is crazy because I feel like I've known you my entire life. It just is one of those things. Very familiar feeling. But take me back to August. Okay. Because it's been, I guess, nine months. Just kind of take me back to that time of where you were at in your

business. Do you remember the conversations we had? Oh, like they were yesterday. So I'll never

forget there was this time when starting to take more walks outside and there's this beautiful

area around my house, which is like, it's just grassy and I mean, it's stunning.

So I'm taking more walks and I'm having all of these feelings of frustration and just feeling like this is not what I meant to do.

And in those moments when you're like, this is not what I'm meant to do, but I also recognize that I don't

have an immediate solution. And I'm just sitting in discomfort. I'm sitting in this feeling of,

what am I doing? This just doesn't feel right. You can just feel it in your body. I know when

I'm in alignment and I know what I'm doing the work that I feel really powerful about. And I

remember calling you. I'm like, Natalie, I swear, I just can't, I just can't be the girl that just teaches
