Oh, I've missed you these last two weeks but I am thankful in our last podcast. I really

felt like we're talking about training and it held me accountable so in the

last two weeks I have gotten in two long runs. One was in a snowstorm, not outside.

I did two hours on the treadmill. Can you believe it?

I broke my treadmill record by logging that amount of time and I also got in a

400 meter speed session because in our discussion last episode it was about

applying speed work to marathon training and how it helps with efficiency and

mental strength and so I added a 400 meter speed session that week and so I just want to thank you for holding me accountable when we meet up every couple of weeks.
