Dina, how are you? I'm great, Martin. It has been a wild two weeks with the Abbott

World Marathon majors kicking off in Tokyo, some great performances on the track,

and my crazy travels to South Carolina.

It was a nut-so trip, more than,

more stress than any other trip I've been on in my traveling age.

So wild couple of weeks.

That's quite some comment to make, isn't it it like we were chatting before we started recording and you said I think my journey was probably the most horrendous I've ever had and you've done quite a lot of traveling you you know, with all your racing and training around the world, so it must have been a proper shocker.

Yeah, I mean, you and the listeners are probably getting sick of hearing about the amounts of snow we're

getting but I needed to fly out to South Carolina for the women's SEC

basketball tournament and the highway was closed down because of snow and lack of

visibility so I missed my flight, rebooked it for the next day. The highway was still closed, but I was

hopeful it would open, so I was waiting in this long line of cars and someone turned the corner too quickly and

side swiped my car there is so much damage to it.

Luckily it could drive with a police escort to the to the airport.

I got off to South Carolina fine from then on, but I got food poisoning
