Today's 15 Minutes is about asking for what you want in life.
What would happen if we actually asked for something more? So many of us, including myself, fail to ask for something we want or need. Today I explore the strange idea that if we want something in life, we have to ask for it.

1:10.0 | I do all this and I go to my office where I spend the next six to eight hours a day on the phone. |
1:15.0 | I can't even say the word grinding. I'm just on the damn phone. I'm just working, you know, just like we're supposed to work. |
1:21.0 | But as I'm doing that, I'm still helping directing and looking |
1:24.8 | for critical feedback for my team. So it's important to me inside the corporate culture that I'm |
1:28.8 | creating that those around me leave better than they came in. That's not only if they ever leave the company, that's on a day-over-day basis. |
1:35.2 | And I can't do that from sitting in an ivory tower sitting behind the desk, not out interacting. |
