Summary

Today we're talking about our routines- what we do when we wake up, and how we wind down as bedtime approaches. Having a routine in place helps to set your day up for success. You feel good, in control, and are better able to manage healthy eating and lifestyle changes. This also results in improved sleep and energy levels. I'm going to start with my morning routine on a good day.

I'm not going to lie, this is not every single day that I'm able to have a good morning

I do know that it's so important and when I do have this routine down, I feel a lot
