0:42.8	and those of you that did, you know that. I was still just hard charging.

0:52.3	And I found that I was hypocritical.
0:54.4	I'd say I'm a strength coach,
0:55.8	and I'm doing this to help people and all this,
0:58.0	but then I limit the amount of people I would help because I wasn't open to doing it online. I also had a lot of bias. I thought that it took more time and that you had to do this

1:08.7	all the time and I wasn't gonna be able to coach.
