How many days can you count recently where your flow or your focus has been disrupted by something?

With me this is a daily occurrence. It really is. You know a day where you were making progress on something and then all it took was one email

One call one text or you know if you're the type that abides by the deep work or digital minimalism philosophy where you know

You keep your electronics turned off or out of reach perhaps it was a family issue or a new project that was thrown on your plate.
