We all know what that means.

It's time for a drive to work.

Okay, today I'm going to talk about something very important to the making of magic.

Collaboration.

So one of the things that I talk about, but I don't know.

I talk about enough, maybe, is that making magic is a collaborative effort.

That is not one person that makes a set.

It is many, many, many people that make it.

In fact, it's not even one team.

There's many teams.

And I spent a lot of different podcasts talking about just other teams, about the development

team or the creative team. I haven't talked about the editing team or the CAPS team or logistics

or marketing or, you know, the brand team, the legal team, the, you know, there's just so many different people that go in

to making magic.

So one of the things I want to talk about a little bit is the act of collaboration.

Because I talk a lot, I focus a lot on design, on like, the crunchy bits of actually

designing stuff, but I think I sometimes don't spend as much energy

on what it takes to be a good collaborator. And so the point of today's podcast is to talk about

the collaborative process. How does one be a good collaborator? So there are a couple things. So first

thing to understand is in a collaborative effort, you need to realize it's a collaborative

effort.
