for John Eric to come out and talk the way that he did about, you know, it starts with this,

and this is how we're going to handle this, and I want to be able to do this. And you look at it and we're less than a week out from the draft. And it's like, well, the top four bullet points like you win right down the line. He told you right off the jump what they were going to do. And they followed through on it. Let's get that time of year again. The annual two-part Kyle Crabbs draft extravaganza. He's Kyle Crabbs. I'm Travis Wingfield. Kyle, how are we doing, man?

I got the big board right in front of me here. 300 players evaluated. You've been busy as hell this time

a year. How are we doing? How excited you for, uh, for this coming draft, man? I am doing my best to

match the energy of John Eric Sullivan. So I've been very robust with the draft evals.

I'm really fascinated to kind of figure out like Sully's trends, right? Because so much of the

focus has been about kind of that Ron Wolf scouting tree, but everybody's flavor is a little

different.

So we're going to get a chance to figure that out and get the first bit of that information here with the NFL draft this week.

And obviously, the dolphins pick at a ton of volume, which is super, super exciting.

I was so excited about kind of having tons of content for the off season to look into.

And that was one of the things I did where I pulled up all the Packers' recent draft picks and just kind of tried to glean the commonalities across them. But to your point, like, maybe there's things in there he didn't agree with, right? So I'm really excited to see him get his fingerprints on a roster here. And gosh, Kyle, you know, team employee, all that stuff. But when I sat there and listened to him in that press conference last week and here just heard the confidence in his voice and the kind of quiet confidence that he presented, I'm pretty excited about what I think he's going to be able to do. And he even said to himself, like, we're going to get to where we want to go. I'm not going to put timelines or, you know, forecast this thing, but we do believe very strongly we're going to get to where we want to go. And we always start these episodes where I kind of ask you about the Dolphins off season and how it informs us for the draft and just how you felt it went overall. But I want to just start with the GM because he was a guy that I believe when the Dolphins made the move midseason last year, I want to say pretty

quickly, you had text me like, hey, this guy in Green Bay, he's pretty legit.

And then December and then January and then he got hired and you were like, yes.

And you were just texting me so excited about him being the guy.

So I just want to start with your thoughts on him, where you kind of originally gathered the excitement for John Eric Sullivan and how your

excitement has grown from the time that you identified him back in November to now in April
