We spent a lot of time together, you know, just going over, you know, the grading scale,

what grading scale he wants to implement in.

Me kind of taking the task of making sure like, all right, hey, we got to convert our grades over. Hey, is there a color system or whatever we want to do to make sure that he's comfortable when he's reading our reports? Because now he's looking at everything for the first time, right? So he's used to, for X amount of years, be in Green Bay.

He knows exactly where to look for information.
