Take a few moments now to continue to slow down your breathing while you imagine yourself in this wonderful safe forest, walking along and relaxing more deeply with each step you imagine you take. Imagine everything you can see, like the path. |

| 6:37.0 | Allow yourself to submerge into this experience as if you were really there and relax more and more deeply, with each and every step you take, along the path. You're going to be. And after some time of walking, and with the sun having set now, the forest is now darker, and you turn on the lantern that you have brought with you. |
