1:19.0	We're going to kick off the New Year with a working session.
1:24.0	The Dream Job description doesn't have to encompass anything you actually do right now,
1:31.0	or even anything you know how to do. It's intended to help all of us let
1:36.0	go of the constraints, the real ones, the ones we imagine, the constraints that we
1:41.6	normally impose when we think about our own paths.
1:45.0	And despite the name, it has immediate practical applications.
