Mary? Oh, Bruce, thank you for having me. I am so excited to be here. And yes, I am in

mindfulness mode, but I believe it's a choice that we choose to be there or not. So I believe it's a

choice too. And I know that you have a very strong

faith. You're a Christian. But what does mindfulness mean to you, Mary? Well, I think again,

mindfulness means choices for me, but it also means becoming our authentic self. It means,

I always thought it would be the visualization, and I used that for years,

just looking six years out in the future, who did you want to be, how to create that life,

and just being mindful about it, coming back, setting goals, and walking through that process.

But now that I'm coaching others, I've gone back and kind of reflected on my life.

And I see that there's some steps maybe that we need to look at and be mindful before that.
