All right thank you for having me here. So why don't you just start off by telling us for the lay person who's not at all familiar with the micro mobility market about the state of the market?

How are things going?

Is it growing, shrinking?

Right. So I think when we talk about micro mobility,

it's funny how people use micro,

even though I think the range is getting you know longer, longer into my driving range.

I think we typically we like talk called urban mobility is really for people to commute,

conduct the daily commute in the cities.

And that market has been growing huge.

I think in the US and European market,

we're talking about categories like electric motopets, need bikes and the electric kick

scooters. For example the US annually right now probably do about half a million

of electric kick scooters and about 750,000 e-bikes.

And then keep in mind those numbers were about one-third, like a three or four years ago.
