you write this book? There are so many books on meditation and mindfulness. What was it

that led you to want to write this particular book?

There's many books indeed.

And yet I think that the No Nonsense Meditation book is this, I think, quite unique mix of my personal story, because I discovered the power of meditation when I went through personal

Christ and I thought that was sharing. Also as a brain scientist, it opened up new scientific

projects and now I prescribe meditation as a medical doctor. And that mix I had not seen in books

before. As you know, I'm daddy, five kids, my wife works.
