Welcome everyone. This is Dr. Mercola helping you take control of your health and today we are joined by Dr. Brian Walsh.

She was a naturopathic physician and really extensively trained in molecular biological pathways.

And we're going to talk about detox today,

but before we get into the interview,

I want to give you a little process,

not process, but background information.

I had done three sets of five day water fast.

And it wasn't until I had listened to some of Brian's interviews that I realized that the data has a very powerful detox program and you've got to be a diligent to take care of special attention if you don't want these toxins recirculate in your body.

So that's what sparked my interest and I took his course and it's just magnificent and so much so that I'm actually motivated to write a book on

detox and really develop the probably the best detox program in the world but that will be for

two years.

And that until that time, I don't know of a better program

with what Dr. Walsh has put together.

It is just profoundly terrific.

It really is ideal and I'm going to be incorporating a lot of his principles

into what I'm doing because it's he's just put it all together in a way

that's easy to understand, which is really one of his amazing characteristics.

It's an unusual quality to be able to translate complex biochemical jargon into practical language and
