Your subconscious mind has a prime directive in your life, a belief that it's working to create in your life.

exactly what we believe. And I think I said in yesterday's

intro, how we are belief confirmation machines. So we have these beliefs that we may be

completely unconscious of. And Dr. Joe will talk about that today. And so we have these beliefs

and they drive our behaviors, and our behaviors create our results and outcomes.

And those results and outcomes typically prove those beliefs to be true.

And so we have these patterns that we have.

Like when you really look at your life, you'll see a whole bunch of

patterns where you're doing the same behavior over and over and over again, even though you know

that that behavior may be counterproductive. And we're getting the same results over and over and

over again. Now, what we have to do is back it up all the way to the beginning and go,

what is the belief that is driving the behavior that is getting me this result? As Dr. Joe says

today, you have to become a belief detective. You have to be willing to look at those beliefs

and ask yourself, okay, is this belief really true?

Are there really facts?

Facts that I haven't created for myself, right?
