0:49.4 | Well, as you mentioned, I'm the director of the neurofit lab. |
0:53.5 | So I conduct research in this area on the effects of exercise in the brain. But I also have a personal story here, too, where I used exercise to heal my own brain of some pretty severe anxiety and some OCD that I had struggled with earlier on in my life. |
