| 1:18.3 | I actually haven't been a runner that long. I have always been relatively active and we were |
| 1:26.1 | just talking before we started recording that both of us used to do |
| 1:29.2 | a bit of CrossFit, dabbled in CrossFit. And that was kind of my main form of exercise pre-pandemic. |
| 1:36.4 | And like everyone else, when we were dressed into the pandemic and we couldn't go to gyms and |
| 1:41.8 | things like that, I decided that was when I'd pick up running. |
| 1:45.6 | At the time, I was also working as a COVID doctor, which was extremely intense, and I was |
| 1:51.1 | going through night shifts and had a very disrupted routine. So I wanted something that would |
| 1:57.1 | get me outside and keep me active. So I started from baseline. My neighbor is a |
