As we were talking about, and I'm going to just ask you just to, I'm also super curious,

but also for the listener, just a little background.

But as we were talking about earlier, this, as I have discovered and just watching a reading

the press and, of course, social media and talking to folks, this is a very complicated

issue.

You had an interesting, I won't bury the lead, but you had an interesting response to

that, that we'll get into, obviously, over the next hour.

But before we do, just give, just give us a little, obviously, your French, which is,

I remember the first time we, we, we talked and you, you talked about growing up in Paris

and having a summer home and, and watching the tours.

I thought that was cool.

Of course, we have, you know, just a couple of weeks until the tour to France.

But how do you end up, you know, from growing up in Paris to sitting here in Los Angeles?

Yeah, I was born in Paris and I did all my medical studies in Paris and I sort of almost

fell into this field of sex variations.

I, I did my very first rotation as a medical student in, of Italian care, children's hospital

in Paris in a clinical service that was a European center for, of reference for kids born

with an intersex condition, meaning that it was unclear if there were boys or girls.
