as we move inward to that place of quiet. taking a deep cleansing breath and releasing it. Oh. taking another

and then releasing it. Oh. As we go into that quiet place of stillness, let us begin to examine what we see and how we see ourselves. Do you see yourself through your past experiences?

Or do you see yourself as you are right now. Many times past experiences can influence how we see ourselves.

Sometimes we see ourselves through our hurt,

through our disappointment, through our unfulfilled communications. The times we spend so much time examining and re-examining why we did what we did and why we thought the things that we thought that sometimes lead us into a place of distress.

Let us shake loose all of those ideas that lingering through our past and recognize the newness of today.
