Summary
Dr. Berg talks about vegetables and ketosis. It is very unlikely that vegetables will inhibit ketosis. Vegetables are necessary to off-set ketones. Typically the range of carbs need to be between 20-50 grams. Adding vegetables prevents a fatty liver due to all the fat coming out of the body.

| 0:23.2 | I want to answer the question, will vegetables slow your ketosis? |
| 0:26.8 | And this is a common question that I keep getting over and over again. |
| 0:30.9 | Typically, no, okay, especially if you're going to avoid certain vegetables, like of course |

| 0:48.7 | In fact, I've never run into a problem with it. |
| 0:51.1 | In fact, most traditional ketosis diets does not differentiate the type of carbohydrate. |
| 0:57.6 | So they're always just saying, well, just have your 50 grams of carbohydrate. |
