Okay, so there's some very simple things that you can do.

One, you can start meditating every day. Meditation is

things like fish oil. Now you have to check with your doctor to make sure it goes

with your medication but it's a very simple, easy thing to do.

If I was you, I'd also see a nutritionist and have yourself tested for food allergies,
