The news out of South Korea includes that of the former president, now removed by order of the court, Mr. Yun.

Reuters headline, South Korea's former president, Moon, says bribery indictment is political.

Now, this is a confusion.

Yoon was removed, and Moon, another former president says bribery indictment is political.

In other words, there is more chicanery going on.

Sort this out for me, please.

The general word for this internationally is lawfare.

Is that what's going on in Korea now?

To a certain extent, it is law fair, of course.

On the other hand, so as far as President Eunice concerned, we know the story.

He instated martial law to investigate alleged wrongdoing during the previous parliamentary elections.

This is what basically brought him down.

Of course, the National Assembly voted to take down the martial law.

He complied.

There were no casualties, no injuries, no blood in the streets.

Nevertheless, he was impeached.
