| 0:08.6 | Hello and welcome to the Double X Gab Fest for Tuesday, June 23rd. |
| 0:13.3 | I'm Emily Bazelon. |
| 0:14.5 | I'm here with my colleagues Megan O'Rourke and Hannah Rosen. |
| 0:18.2 | Hello. |
| 0:19.1 | And we're going to talk about three things. |
| 0:21.5 | We're going to talk about the protests in Iran and the role that women are playing in the |
| 0:25.2 | demonstrations and in the media coverage of the demonstrations. |
| 0:28.7 | We're also going to talk about Christina Naring's new book, Vindication of Love, |

| 1:37.4 | And so we take a lot of these points as facts when actually what the NETA video is is clearly a building of a martyrs myth, which we've seen many times in Islam. |
