Today's 10-minute walk will be accompanied by the soundtrack of summer.

Can you hear the insects?

I love the sound of bugs.

If my wife were here, she'd be looking at me like,

you're just odd. Maybe so. It just takes me back to Summers as a child. We didn't have

air conditioning, so the windows in the house were open, so we always heard, always heard the chorus of insects.

And so now when I hear that, it just brings back warm and sometimes hot memories of growing up

in the summer. And so I love walking with the soundtrack.

Speaking of summer, when I was a kid, I used to love going barefoot.

And even as a seasoned adult now, if it's appropriate and I've got the opportunity, I'll walk around barefoot.

Well, recently, I got a reminder of why that is not recommended by the experts.

If you want to look at a list of ways to take care of your feet, which of course is really important,

I've been out, this has been years now, but I've been out in my backyard enjoying a summer afternoon,

walking around barefoot and step on a bee and the bee lets me know, nope, not happy.
