Summary

There are ways emotional abusers can make you feel crazy. They can tell you that you said something you didn't, and convince you that you did. They can tell you about a conversation you never had. They can move things on you and tell you nothing was moved.

Someone with an agenda can alter your reality so much that you might actually GO crazy. In this episode I talk about crazymaking, and also dealing with the narcissistic ex when you have shared custody of the children.

0:50.3	So if you are in a place that you're feeling crazy, you're feeling like the other person
0:57.2	is making you crazy or you're starting to put the pieces together that that person is making

1:02.3	And that's called crazy making gaslighting.
1:06.1	And they're saying things that you said that you know you didn't say or you believe you didn't
1:11.1	say because you're starting to doubt yourself.
1:12.9	They're lying to you and saying, no, that's the truth.
1:16.3	In fact, we talked about it two days ago and you can't remember talking about it.
1:20.6	You can't remember ever discussing the subject whatsoever.
1:24.1	These are very common elements of crazy making.
1:27.8	There are even bigger elements of crazy making that hopefully you're not experiencing,
