| 0:00.0 | Hey everyone, it's K-Sunga here. I just want to let you know that we've launched a brand |
| 0:07.0 | new call and advice podcast called Dear Headspace. Each week the headspace teachers, along |
| 0:14.6 | with some amazing new friends, are answering your questions about relationships, work, |
| 0:20.7 | life, mindfulness, and just about everything else. It's so different from anything we've |
| 0:27.5 | ever created and we're so excited for you to hear it. Dear Headspace comes out every |
| 0:33.2 | Tuesday on the Headspace app and anywhere that you listen to podcasts. Thanks for listening. |
| 0:53.1 | Greetings. My name is K-Sunga and I welcome you this Tuesday morning to Radio Headspace. |
| 1:06.8 | Today I wanted to talk a little bit about the concept of reentry. The reason this comes up for me |

| 1:41.6 | to exotic places around the world. When COVID hit obviously that all got put on hold. |
| 1:46.8 | Now with the vaccine here I too look forward to leading retreats once again. So what I'm realizing |
| 1:53.9 | is that the world is experiencing a massive reentry into the way it used to operate. It reminds me |
| 2:00.7 | of when I've come back from a silent retreat. During a silent retreat you're immersed in well |
| 2:08.4 | silence and this can be quite daunting. No communication of any kind verbal or nonverbal. |
| 2:16.3 | No cell phone, no television, no music, no writing, no journaling and no eye contact. |
| 2:23.6 | Saying it makes it sound so intimidating and it most definitely can be but it can also be a beautiful |
| 2:30.3 | experience of self-discovery. Summer retreats last three days, some five and some ten and then you |
| 2:37.2 | have advanced retreats that last a month or a year or even years. No matter what the length of stay |
