I'm here with Leslie Bryce, president, partner in our company.

And, uh, hi, Leslie.

Hi, Ken.

So what's interesting is we're a management company and we, uh, we manage, um, just under 10,000

units.

And this agreement is actually, uh from an individual rental that she has.

So she's actually hired another management company to actually manage one of hers.

By the way, I have the same thing.

I have little management companies managing mine all over the place.

And so this is a normal thing.

Even if you have property managing experience, it certainly helps when you're talking to them

to be able to negotiate with them.

But this is really important.
