Hey guys, it's Ken McElroy here and I'm here with my good friends, Mike and Andrew,

from Four Peaks partners and their operating company is called Park Place Communities.

And they have manufactured housing communities in 13 states. Welcome,

guys. Thanks, Ken. Glad to be here. So we're going to be talking about affordable housing, and this is the

topic, guys. I'm telling you what, if you guys haven't figured out workforce housing, affordable

housing is the future. It's going to be a thing. Rent control has already been

introduced in a number of areas. We have a lot of people that are facing eviction. We have people

that are facing forbearance. We have people that are facing unemployment. And we don't really

know what's going to happen next. And what they're going to do, as Mike has said, they're scrappy.

People figure stuff out.

And the first thing that they do is figure out how to get their housing costs down and in a safe area.

And so I think this is something that you're really going to need to pay attention to because this is, this topic is really the future of affordable housing.

Yeah, so we own and operates about 35 mobile home communities in about 13 states.
