And this is part two. And why are we focusing on that? It's simple, because this year is going to be presenting,

to a lot of you, a lot of challenges. I know, for example, I was just on a coaching call with a great

coaching client named Lena Jacobs. And Lena was telling me, Tim in my market, the market's

doing great. We have local employers moving in. We have Mazas building a new facility. We have, you know, da-da-da-da-da.

So a lot of good things happening. And she said, I don't think in our market we're going to

experience much of a slowdown, but I already have seen a decrease in the amount of depreciation.

I'm sorry, appreciation in real estate. And I said, Lena, you're absolutely correct. And that's the reason we tell all of you guys
