We have a great show for you guys this week.

This is actually a show that Julie wrote, and it's based on a lot of the – Julie, I just chad you something.

It's based on a lot of notes for our upcoming book that gets released. I think it's June

of this year. And you guys will be hearing a lot about that, of course. And this is going to

be some fun content because we did spend a lot of time, and Julia specifically spent a lot of time researching it.

So 2019, I think all of you will finally agree, as we've been telling you for the past couple of years,

is going to be a reset year.

It's going to be a year that's not like anything else you've ever experienced before,

especially true if you've only been in the business for the last like 10 years. Because the fact is, guys, everything is going to change this year. And some

of your markets, you're going to see a radical change. You're going to see changes that are

going to scare you, changes that are going to cause you to question your sanity for being
