Reflecting on wins is easy.

As tough as it was for some of you, it's easy.

The average will tend to overindulge in these wins.

Many will take the credit for the wins, ignoring the luck, ignoring the grace that was given. And then of course they gloss over all of the losses, all of the failures, they don't pay attention to them.

Not us. We will not ignore or devalue losses and failures because to do so would be criminal.
