Think of all the brainstorming we've done up until now. You've identified the building blocks of your strategy.

You've identified problems. You've diagnosed problems. You've looked at the challenges that you could face.

And you've collected all of these actions in written form. But listen, if we stop here, there's still going to be a part of our brain that screams

overwhelmed. There's going to be a part of our brains that still reject this plan because we can't

really see it happening visually. It's not a map. So right now, what we need to do is clarify our

goals and our strategy in terms of a timeline of when this

will happen.

There's 12 months in a year.

January, February, March.

We're going to break it up in four quarters.

But first things first, we need to spend some time collecting all of the actions that we've identified.

So put them all in one place.

Okay, it's kind of like when you were a kid, you had to clean up underneath your bed, get all the shit up out of there, put it in one pile in the middle of the room.

So then we can start distributing it.
