Welcome back, everybody. We're so excited for this podcast. There's a new study and I

actually put it in my new book feel better fast and make it less that's coming out this November.

And it's a study from the University of Colorado at Boulder that showed that when romantic partners, that's us, most of the time, hold hands

with a partner in pain, their brain waves sink together and her or his pain subsides.

So I read that study and I'm like holding hands,

our brain waves will sink.

So you want to be very careful who you hold hands with because you're

going to get there to range brain into yours as sort of like channeling.
