Deal with it. The only reason I ask this is I have recently started taping my mouth shut when I go to sleep. Somebody else is telling me about taping their mouth shuts and their sleep. It is not sexy. I actually did think it was for menopause. It's something that people do during the menopause. Yeah. To stop hot flushes, apparently. Okay. So it's just that nasal breathing is better than mouth breathing at all times. Okay. In all situations, including exercise. So this just guarantees that you at least nasal breathe for eight, nine hours a night. |
