I have some good news for you today that I believe you will agree with in your body, any teacher by the way or podcaster, author, coach, who tells you that they know the truth and that you need to listen and believe them is probably not the purest teacher.

I or if you're in self-coating society you know this, we say time and time again, don't trust me, trust yourself,

trust your body, how does this feel? Does your body feel relaxed? Does this feel pure?

Does it feel clean? Does it feel in your own integrity? That's always going to be the true measurement stick

as to what is right and real for you. Okay, always remember that. No one can tell you what is right for you, the best way to live your life, the right or wrong decision.

Only you know, and coaches like me can help guide you there to the best highest truth for you in your temporary lifetime.

But today I want to share a truth that I believe if you look back into your own history for proof, you will find evidence that this is accurate and that can

give you a real, a real, the gift of relaxation, presence and trust in the present moment.

Which is this?

The universe only trades up.

Me and a friend were talking about this at lunch the other day and she threw her hands in the air and she said yes because she's going through a difficult situation right now with her husband and she doesn't know where that's going to lead where it's going to go

but she knows that there is going to be a better outcome than the experience

that she's in right now if she just retains her faith, right?

Keeps feeling her way through it, honoring her own sense of love and truth.

There's a popular meme on the internet where there's a picture of a girl with the

Teddy bear holding a small Teddy bear and it's Jesus who wants to take the

Teddy bear from her and she says no no no don't take my teddy bear and he says

oh don't worry I've got something better for you and behind him is a much bigger teddy bear.

Now, when someone wants to take off small teddy bear away from us,

it feels terrifying.

It's like, don't you dare take this person out of my life?
