Welcome back, my friends. It's time for the morning mindset. Thank you for joining me this morning. I hope you are ready to get your mind aligned with the truth of God's word and that's the God who created all that is the God of the universe the God of your life the God of my life he is the supreme being in the

entire creation and actually outside of creation.

He's not bound by it.

He's limitless, he is infinite, that's the God who we are trying to align our minds with. My friends that is an endeavor worthy of every

ounce of energy we can give to it, not just today, but every day. Let's do so right now by looking at his word now I want to remind you when we

come to the Bible and we read the scripture we are coming to more than just a book of

philosophy we are coming to more than just a recitation of wise sayings.

We are coming to God's revelation of how reality is.

And we are attempting to understand it, first of all,

but then secondly, to apply it to our own hearts

that our very nature, our very being, can be changed.

Because when we are able to be changed by the word of God,

we are able to live in alignment with His word,

which means God's will is being done more accurately and more perfectly in our lives.

We've been looking at the book of John chapter 14.

This is one of the Gospels that John the Apostle wrote. Now think about that. John walked with

Jesus. He talked with Jesus from the way that the Gospels give us the

account. It seems John was one of Jesus closer friends and so taking that into

consideration let's look at what John says here in John 14 verse number 15 he

says and this is Jesus speaking, he says, if you love me, you will keep my

commandments. Now that's just a pretty black and white statement isn't it? It's pretty simple.
