Today we are speaking about the magic and power of an undiluted conscious intention.

Now, I'm constantly reminded of the power of intention here in Miami

because I love to go to the beach a lot. It's a great city and the ocean

here is incredible. Like the water is turquoise. I just, you know, a girl from England,

hello. Whenever I'm that I feel so connected to the divine and I just say thank you

sometimes I'm in the ocean I just shout thank you thank you thank you

I know I might sound crazy to anyone around me, but I don't care.

Now, we were just at the beach and I am reminded of a chapter in Let It Be Easy where this thing always happens at the beach,

it happens to all of us because the ocean's currents have a mind of their own.

And I think you might be able to see yourself. currents have a mind of their own.

course happens slowly and here I read I'm not a strong swimmer. He likes to joke that our five pound Yorkshireario, Coconut, is a stronger swimmer than I.

So when I get into the water at the beach, I like having a few people around me, at least a couple further out than me too, so if there's a shock, it'll get them fast.

But one time when Heath and I went to the beach it was so hot I jumped straight in while he decided to sunbathe for a bit fast.

The water was welcoming and warm and I floated around for a bit, thanking God for such a wonderful morning.

Then I got to some daydreaming, the usual tapping out that occurs when you all blissed out
