Shanty gave words to a benefit of walking that I have enjoyed, I don't know, forever,

but I've never actually thought about.

I've never really put into words.

Certainly I've never talked about on this podcast until Shanty mentioned it.

And so now we will.

All right, just before I tapped record, I was hearing a bird.

I was walking away from the bird.

But it's a lovely sounding bird, and so now I'm going to walk back in the direction of the bird

and see how close I can get.

Actually, I want to see if I can see it.

And once again, even if I can see it, I'm not going to know what it is.

Okay, I see the tree.

I'm underneath the tree.

It's a big pine tree, and I'm looking up.

It's almost like the bird is saying right here, right here, right here.

And I wonder if the bird is aware of me and has either flown off or it's just a oh wait is that it?

No, that's a pine cone.
