Acupressure Technique: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PFXMb...
In this podcast, we’re going to talk about strep throat and natural alternatives you can do.
Most of the time, strep throat is viral, which means antibiotics are not going to work. 20% of the time the strep throat is bacterial. The most likely cause of this condition is a vitamin D deficiency that makes you susceptible to both bacterial and viral infections.
During months where you’re in the sun less (from Dec. - Apr.) start taking vitamin D on a regular basis.
Natural sore throat remedies:
• Vitamin D
• Vitamin C in a higher dose (non-GMO)
• Apple cider vinegar (dilute it with water)
• Fasting (autophagy)
• Acupressure technique
This powerful acupressure technique that I’m going to show you in this video will help decrease the intensity of the pain in your throat. You can have someone else do this technique on you, or you can use the massage device I created. You can use this device without having to rely on anyone for help.

0:48.0 | A couple things you need to know about Strep Throat. Most of the time it's going to be viral related, which means the antibiotics |
0:55.4 | are not going to work. Only 20% of the time it's bacterial. Now the confusing thing about |
1:01.1 | strep throat is that people assume that it's bacterial in nature |
1:06.0 | when most of the time it's viral from an adenovirus or even Epstein-Bar virus. |
1:12.2 | So what I'm going to show you is what to do |
1:14.0 | if you have a sore throat, |
1:16.0 | whether it's coming from a bacteria or a virus. |
1:19.0 | What's interesting about this infection |
1:21.0 | is that it occurs way more often from December to April. |
1:25.0 | So the most likely possibility is that it's a vitamin D deficiency because |
1:30.0 | there's less sun and a vitamin D deficiency makes you susceptible to both bacterial infections |
1:36.5 | and especially viral infections. |
1:38.8 | So there's a couple things I would recommend during these months, especially if you get these repeated infections year after year or |
1:46.0 | your kids get it, have them or yourself start taking vitamin D on a regular basis during these |
1:52.3 | months right here. The other thing to do, especially if it's a virus, |
1:55.6 | which is the majority of the time, is vitamin C in higher amounts. Make sure the vitamin C you're taking is non-GMO because a lot of times they make it from corn, okay? And corn is g-m-l. |
2:07.4 | So you want non-GMO, take large amounts. That really helps to put this virus back on our mission. It can also |
2:14.0 | help the immune system to combat a bacterial infection as well. The big problem |
