I mean, one of the challenges with anxiety is that it can be very isolating.

And anxiety can run around in our head and cause havoc can make it very difficult for us to reach out and ask for help when we need it.

It seems to be different things that can stop us speaking our feelings or asking for support

So if we look at the first one I think the most common one is that we fear appearing
