And now that second in command is here, we're going to do. It's my time now. There was, I think I was making a similar joke. I can't remember if it was just you and I chatting, shooting the shit, or if we were actually podcasting. But, like, Lori was coming downstairs to go and work out. And she heard me saying that.

But yes, we went over my list of, so this is the new year, new year, new me, 2024, baby, let's roll, went over a bunch of list that I had do's and don'ts for dieting. We didn't get to yours, probably quite a bit of overlap, but boom, flip it over to you, what you got. So I marked off the overlap. I think there's still a few things.
