0:34.3	Biden is putting down to save the climate to save the world. A couple things I
0:38.9	have to say about that. The only thing I saw him actually do, the only specific climate initiative that he signed, was to stop oil and gas leases from from being issued on public lands.
0:53.8	Now to me, unless you change the demand profile,
0:58.4	that isn't going to change how much of the fossil fuels
1:01.5	are used because they're commodity, substitutes.
1:04.7	That's just an industry play.
1:06.3	It's just how much you pay for it, it's whether it's within our borders or

1:11.7	So I'm not totally convinced that that is what you see
1:15.9	is what you get.
1:17.3	I also think that to the extent that they really do want
1:21.7	to get carbon neutral by 2050 as they say or as Gina Raimundo the very suspicious governor of Rhode Island who's going to be the new commerce
1:35.3	secretary.
1:36.3	She's, I think, a CFR member, Aspen Institute, Road Scholar, all that stuff.
