0:23.0	The House walked over to the Senate last night, the articles of impeachment against
0:28.2	President Trump, who is no longer in office.
0:32.3	Impeachment is a way to remove somebody from office.
0:35.6	It would require a super majority in the Senate,
0:38.6	which is highly unlikely because it would mean
0:41.3	double digits of Republicans voting to impeach Trump.
0:45.2	But the longer term plan would be that there would be a second vote taken to keep Trump
0:51.6	from ever running for that kind of an office again.
0:55.0	For me, I don't, I would think that they would simply charge him with the crimes they're trying to impeach him for,
1:03.1	and that would prevent him from holding such an office.
1:07.5	However, that would be a criminal trial,
1:10.4	and that would require a, I assume it would be just a standard criminal trial
1:15.0	that would require a unanimous verdict and maybe they feel like they have more of
1:20.9	a chance in the Senate but it seems to me there's no chance in the Senate.
1:24.4	A criminal trial would also require evidence of which looks like has been deleted,
1:30.0	even though we know Twitter still has it, but then that would force them to acknowledge.
