All right, let's get our mind clear and our body relaxed to really get

into the message because I know it's probably right it's very weird times so we're

going to roll our shoulders back and drop them down we're going to get comfy we're going to roll our shoulders back and drop them down. We're going to get

comfy. We're going to drop our tongue from the roof of our mouth. We're going to

relax our inner ears, right? Relax our jaw. And we're going to breathe in through our nose and hold for a few seconds.
